Energy transition: Creocean will be the prime contractor for the SWAC of the Tahiti hospital!
Polynesian media have been talking about it since September, Creocean, a partner of Luseo and their subcontractors (DV Offshore and B3C), won the contract awarded for the SWAC of the General Hospital of French Polynesia (GHFP)!
The object of the operation is the design and then the realization of a Seawater Air Conditioning (SWAC) system with a power close to 6MW cooling capacity (tT-5°C) allowing the complete substitution of the General Hospital of French Polynesia (GHFP) water chillers.
Electricity consumption linked to air conditioning will be reduced by about 85 to 90%, which will save 2880 tons of annual heavy fuel oil at the power plant, ie an emission reduction of 10,500 tons of CO2 per year.
