Thursday, October 14, Creocean signed the Engineering Charter for Diversity initiated by Syntec-Ingénierie.
Through this charter, Syntec-Ingénierie wishes to respond to the challenges of attracting engineering, maintaining female talent in our companies and professional development for women. “While our companies are on the front line to carry out major social, environmental or technological transitions, it is urgent to make diversity a lever to meet the challenges of the future. "
After the signing of a professional equality agreement in early 2019, this Engineering Charter for Gender Equality is another important step in Creocean's commitment to equality between women and men.
With this charter, Creocean confirms its commitment and thus undertakes to implement new actions around 4 commitments present in the Charter:
Take action to change the image of engineering among young people, especially young girls
Ensure equal treatment between women and men throughout their careers
Promote a personal and professional life balance for all
Encourage access to management positions for women, by developing upward mobility
