CREOCEAN, in partnership with Numtech (leader), Ambiciti and Someï will deploy an environmental monitoring platform in the Dakar region: measurement and forecasting of air quality, noise and hydrological data of marine water bodies.
CREOCEAN, as part of this project, will deploy two multiparameter probes from the NKE company for two periods of three months.
A first mission, carried out by Elina DELORD, took place from April 26 to 30, 2021 with the dual objective for Creocean to collect data and identify relevant sites to deploy acquisition equipment.
This mission made it possible to confirm the collaboration between DEEC, the Autonomous Port of Dakar and CREOCEAN.
The second mission, scheduled for mid-July 2021, will allow the installation of the probes in the port basin of the port basin of the Autonomous port of Dakar.
